Through interactive activities in an adaptive and personalized educational program, you’ll not only understand yourself better but also learn how to set goals, find resources and take the necessary actions to get where you want to go. Courses and Topics Covered in the program:

  • Self-Identity & Heritage: Helps you understand and appreciate your roots, fostering a strong sense of self-identity and pride.
  • Mental Wellness:  Offers tools to support your emotional well-being during your study abroad experience and beyond.
  • Health & Nutrition:  Covers nutrition basics, exercise routines, and tips for staying fit and energized, ensuring you are at your best physically and mentally. You will be guided to Learn a Sport!
  • Digital Literacy: Covers essential topics such as online research, digital communication, cybersecurity, and the effective use of various digital tools, preparing you for academic and professional success.
  • 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Include how to lead a proactive life, how to set goals, how to prioritize the important things, how to listen and be understood, win-win approaches, how to synergize for better outcomes, and how to continue to learn and grow.
  • Public Speaking: Hone skills such as preparing structured speeches, improving delivery techniques, and building confidence in speaking publicly.
